The area offers a unique, cosy apartment (in the wing of the villa) while the central part is meant for the owner and used as a museum. You will have an unforgettable stay, with various facilities, among others a private swimming pool, garden and the big park around the villa, which can be used. Within 1km, you will find a hunting area and a manege, a tennis court is within 5km. Within only 15km you will find the airport of Treviso (used by low cost airline companies like Ryan Air and Basiq Air). To visit in the surrounding: Castelfranco Veneto, Cittadella, Piazzola sul Brenta (Villa Contarin), Padova, and a number of other antique villas and monuments. Venice is located within 30km (even reachable by train), the mountain area within approx. 50km, Lake Garda within approx. 1,5 hours drive. This prestigious holiday home is in an impressive Venetian villa, the Villa Veneta. The building dates from the 15th century and has a long and interesting history. The spacious apartment is on the 'piano nobile' which is the first floor of the palace. It is attractively furnished with antique furniture and beautiful paintings. The guests' entrance is discreetly at the back of the building. Youll find the private area of the garden, for your use, there also. Cultural events may be held in the garden.

The villa is perfectly placed for visiting a wide range of places of interest. Venice and Padua are easily reached by car and public transport. The Jesolo and Sottomarina beaches are a fifty-five minute drive away. The villa is in the village of Noventa Padovana. Rich Venetian traders and nobility built their villas here and in other places in the past. These were called the 'Ville Venete'. A number of splendid villas in the area are open to the public.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Exclusive private villa in the countryside around Lake Bracciano; about 50 km from the centre of Rome.
The villa, owned by a well-known actrice, boasts a whole range of amenities and offers guests a relaxing stay. Rooms feature colour TV with decoder, DVD player, telephone and mini-bar. There is also a good-sized private garden with swimming pool, sauna, heated Jacuzzi, a large veranda and open air dining. It also offers a private parking area, a brick barbecue, utility area and lots more besides.
This is the perfect area for walking, bike riding and horseback excursions around Lake Bracciano (2km away). Horse riding trips can be arranged. The centre of Bracciano is also 2km away, where you will find all the usual amenities including restaurants, shops, etc. An agreement has been reached with a local restaurant -1 km away, who can offer catering upon request. In the surrounding area: the Lakes Bracciano (for sailing lessons and windsurfing), Martignano, Vico and Bolsena.
Beaches: Santa Severa and Santa Marinella. Rome can be reached effortlessly from Bracciano by either car or train. The railway line passes at ca. 100m of the holiday home (it is a secondary railway line which leads to Rome).

Small dogs are admitted (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers).
The owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules. Offenders may even be asked to vacate the premises.
Inclusive in the price: towel change every Wednesday and general cleaning every Saturday with towel and linen change. Use of the Jacuzzi is free in high season.
Extra fee-based services: Waitress service: 10 per hour. Baby-sitter: 15 per hour, or 50 per night. Wood for the chimney: 25 per one hundred kilograms. Telephone: national and international phone cards can be supplied upon request - starting at 5 each. Use of the Jacuzzi (low season: October to April inclusive): 200 per week (in working order day and night, with 40 temperature water). Sauna: 30 per day, in service from 10:00 to 13:00.
Upon request: use of stables for guest's own horses (price to be agreed). The stable block is situated 2 km away. Riding lessons can also be arranged.

Podere Diacceroni is an organic farm complex in the heart of Tuscany. It is perfect for people who want to enjoy walking, horse riding or sheer tranquillity. The area is well known for Chianti and Vernacci wines and for its typical delicious Tuscan dishes. The apartments are in a variety of colonial style houses set on a hill. There is a delightful swimming pool. The friendly, hospitable owners have 250 hectares of land. They produce organic wine, olive oil and honey. The farm complex organises evenings with Tuscan specialities or pizzas a number of times a week. Historic Volterra and San Gimignano with its amazing towers are well worth a visit. The famous cities of Florence, Siena and Lucca are only an hours drive away. The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described. Access the house you have to go through 1 km of unpaved road.
